Shipping policy

Delivery Timeframes
Domestic Shipping Within the United States:
- All orders ship free within the contiguous United States.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after processing.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Track your package at every step through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently ship to standard US street addresses only. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
- We do not currently offer international shipping. We are a US-only store at this time.
- We are working to expand shipping to additional destinations in the future. Follow us on Instagram or Facebook for updates.
Note: Once the package leaves our warehouse, delivery speed depends on the carrier and may be affected by:
- Weather conditions or natural events
- High-volume shipping periods (holidays, promotions)
- Carrier delays outside our control
Order Tracking
- Every order includes tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
- If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@demurae.com.
Address Errors
If you made an error with your shipping address:
- Contact us immediately at contact@demurae.com within 12 hours of placing your order so we can update it before shipment.
- If the order has already been shipped, rerouting to the correct address is at the carrier's discretion and may not be possible.
- Demurae is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no updates for 7 or more business days:
- Contact us at contact@demurae.com with your order number.
- We will open an investigation with the carrier, which typically takes 5-10 business days to resolve.
- Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.
Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Contact us at contact@demurae.com within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date with your order number.
- We will file an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
- Demurae is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will work with you and the carrier to reach a resolution where possible.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@demurae.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details on damaged and defective items.
